We are very happy with the whole process from Mayfair. The turnaround time was incredible, only six working days from start to finish. The service was superb and the quality of the finish is unbelievable. We really love it. From a supplier point of view, we get on really well with Mayfair. They turn around quotes within 24 hours and provide excellent customer service. They ensure that the templating is done on time and keep the customer informed throughout the process. We really enjoy working with them.

Our experience with Mayfair Worktops from start to finish was exceptional. Our kitchen project was ongoing for a long time and they were extremely patient from sales through to fitting. What we like most about our new worktops I think is how it looks in our kitchen, its a centrepiece and its amazing, we love it. My experience with Mayfair Worktops was a delight, from going on the website to having a look at the colour choices and samples and then speaking to the sales team, they made me feel like I was an individual which was absolutely perfect and just what I wanted. The samples arrived when they were supposed to arrive, the templating is precision in an art form. My experience with Mayfair Worktops was a very positive one, from choosing the quartz and it being delivered then being fitted and installed was very flawless and effortless. The thing I like most about the Quartz that we had would be the subtle vein, we wanted something very modern but with a traditional twist. I would recommend Mayfair Worktops to my friends and family because the process was so easy, from start to finish everything was effortless and we’re really really happy with the results the quality of the quartz itself speaks volumes.

The installation process was very straightforward for us. At the templating appointment, we confirmed the details, including the positions of taps, drainage grooves, and the size of the splashbacks. The worktops were then supplied and installed within a couple of weeks. The installation appointment then went very smoothly. This was very important for us because our project had quite a tight schedule.

We’re absolutely over the moon with our new Grey Starlight worktops. The team were amazing from start to finish really professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. They gave us advice on design choices, like adding the backsplash by the window, which made such a difference to the final look. The finish is flawless, and we couldn’t be happier with the result.

We used Mayfair Worktops for our last house. We loved the service we got. So when we started updating this kitchen, we thought, go straight back to them.
